Computerized Maintenance Management System

Maintenance,
made simple.

AnJod connects the asset register, work orders, preventive maintenance, spares and calibration records in one controlled system. Planners, supervisors and technicians work from the same data, from the control room to the asset.

Spreadsheets, paper checklists and messaging groups cannot provide a complete, auditable maintenance record. AnJod does. It was developed by maintenance professionals around how plant work is planned, executed and reported.

Platform capabilities

Complete control of the
maintenance lifecycle.

Every module is linked to the asset register. Open any equipment tag to see its work order history, PM records, spares consumption, documents and audit trail in one view.

Work order management

Plan, schedule and track corrective and preventive work from request to close-out. Import work orders and permits in bulk. Every on-hold or pending status carries a documented reason, so the backlog is always accounted for.

Electronic PM records

PM checklists are completed at the asset with as-found and as-left readings, then verified and signed electronically. Records are available immediately for audits and client reviews.

Asset register

Every asset is held in a structured register with its make, model, location, PM frequency and service status. Each out-of-service period is recorded with its cause.

Spares and inventory

Requisitions, orders and receipts are tracked in one catalog, with manufacturer part numbers and ERP material codes. Consumption is recorded against each work order.

Calibration standards

Calibration gases and utility cylinders are tracked through routine checks, pressure readings and certificate expiry, so shortages are identified before they affect operations.

Locations and facilities

Buildings, shelters and substations are managed with their installed equipment and operating status. Planned shutdowns are recorded separately and excluded from availability figures.

Document control and reporting

Manuals, drawings, certificates and site photographs are filed against each asset. KPI reports and the complete maintenance history are exported to formatted Excel, and permit-to-work PDFs are converted directly into assessment checklists.

Mobile workforce

Work recorded
at the asset.

The technician application runs on any smartphone and installs directly from the browser, with no app store required. Work is recorded where it is performed, not reconstructed at the end of the shift.

  • Immediate work order creationSelect the equipment tag and job type, and the work order is registered immediately.
  • Structured close-outWork performed, status, spares consumed and photographic evidence are reviewed before submission.
  • Electronic signaturesReadings and sign-off are captured on site, eliminating paper transcription.
  • Prioritized task listPending updates, records awaiting signature and low cylinder stock are shown first.

Scalability

From a single crew to a
multi-site operation.

Configure asset classes, job types, PM frequencies and status lists to match your organization. Add disciplines, sites and users as operations grow, without re-implementation.

Maintenance workflow

Plan. Execute. Verify. Report.

Step 1

Plan

Planners schedule work orders and import permits. Assignments are visible to the crew immediately.

Step 2

Execute

Technicians record work performed, spares consumed and PM data at the asset.

Step 3

Verify

Supervisors and engineers review progress, availability and exceptions on a live dashboard.

Step 4

Report

Management and client reports are produced directly from verified data, formatted in Excel.

Access control

Role-based access,
defined per user.

Permissions are granted individually, down to a single action, and can be restricted by site, area and time window where required.

AdministratorSystem configuration, users, sites, master data and backups.
EngineerPlanning, review and reporting for assigned sites.
ViewerRead-only access to authorized information.
SupervisorCrew coordination through the mobile application.
TechnicianExecution and close-out of work orders in the field.

Data governance

Your data stays on
your infrastructure.

AnJod is deployed on your own web server. There is no external database service and no third-party cloud holding your operational data.

Named user accountsIndividual authentication by password or PIN, with protection against repeated failed attempts.
Complete audit trailEvery change is recorded with the user, date and time.
Controlled deletionDeleted records are held in a recovery bin and can be restored.
Automated backupsDaily dated backups, with a full export available on demand.
Training modeNew users train on live screens without affecting production data.
Device-independentDesktop for planning and review, mobile for field execution, in light and dark mode.

Evaluate AnJod with
your own asset data.

Share an outline of your site and maintenance organization, and we will prepare a demonstration using a sample of your asset register.
